Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all items cannot be returned. However, if your items have arrived in the mail damaged or faulty, please contaact use on email@example.com
We are unable to refund your purchase. If you have discovered any problems with your item, you are eligible for an exchange within 3 months of receiving your items. You will need to send the product back to our company for an inspection, and we will return you a brand-new product for free.
NOTE: We are unable to exchange your items unless the item is deemed faulty or the problem was caused by itself instead of man-made damage.
NOTE: Customer is responsible for purchasing the return shipping label and our company will take responsible to pay the postage of retuning the brand-new items.
Portrait Painting Refund Policy
Making sure you're super happy with your custom painting purchase due to all custom painting cannot be refunded and cancel when we started to create the painting. You have one chance to ask us to do a small correction to the painting. The second correction will be charge $5 each time.
